Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Group Leader position include:

- Bachelor of Science degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
- 10-15 years of experience in structural design of primary building systems, with at least 5 years of experience as a project manager with managerial responsibilities
- Proficiency in structural design of structural steel, reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, wood, CMU, and other materials.
- Wisconsin Professional Engineer Licensure required; Illinois Structural Engineer Licensure preferred.
- Experience with client interaction, business development, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Lead and grow the Structural Buildings Group, mentor team members, and manage structural design efforts across multiple projects.
- Design structural systems for diverse building types such as K-12, healthcare, and commercial facilities, and ensure the quality control of design packages for submission.
- Oversee project budgets, manage teams including Project Managers and Engineers, and engage in business development activities and client management.

Salary: $115,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
