Qualifications and responsibilities for this Multifamily Plumbing Superintendent position include:

- Must possess a Texas Master or Journeyman plumber's license.
- Proven experience managing multifamily or large-scale construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and ensure installations meet code requirements.
- Strong organizational skills to manage material, labor, and ensure timely project completion.
- Leadership qualities to oversee 2-30 subcontracted workers depending on the project.
- Participation in general contractor meetings and proactive three-week look-ahead scheduling.
- Capacity to handle on-site requirements and adjustments, ensuring project adherence to quality and timelines.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with project managers and reporting progress.

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
