Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Technician opportunity include:

- Valid Florida Driver's License and ability to operate a company vehicle.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential and commercial HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair.
- Proficiency in maintaining, repairing, and installing residential and light commercial HVAC units.
- Experience with routine maintenance tasks and seasonal adjustments of HVAC systems.
- Ability to consult with customers, providing clear communication and excellent service.
- Commitment to safety standards and proper handling of HVAC systems and repairs.
- Team player with a professional demeanor, representing the company well at all times.
- Eagerness to engage in continuous learning and adapt to evolving technology in HVAC systems.

Salary: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
