Qualifications and responsibilities for this Preconstruction Manager position include:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in design coordination or design-build project management.
- Strong ability to understand and document project requirements, manage budgets, and develop detailed design schedules.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with stakeholder management and maintaining client relationships.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate internal and external teams effectively.
- Capable of performing risk management and continuous process improvement.
- Travel to client sites and other office locations as needed, with an average of 2-3 nights per month.

Salary: $85,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
