Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Project Coordinator position include:

- Minimum of 3 years administrative experience, preferably in the HVAC or construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and experience with Timberline Sage 300 CRE.
- Strong project management skills; experience in managing multiple project tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on team collaboration.
- Experience with Smartsheet, project bookings, and document management from project inception to closeout.
- Capable of preparing and managing contracts, billing, RFI’s, submittals, and change orders.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and proactive in managing changes and continuous improvement efforts.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent; additional project management training is a plus.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
