Qualifications and responsibilities for this General Manager position include:

- Proven experience in HVAC management and operations.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales and operational plans.
- Strong leadership skills to coach and develop a high-performance sales team.
- Excellent relationship management skills to maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Skilled in performance evaluation and team building.
- Experience in managing service sales portfolio and achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of local market conditions and ability to execute growth strategies.
- Capable of partnering with sales channels to identify and secure major commercial projects.

Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus great bonus potential!
