Qualifications and responsibilities for this Research and Development Manager position include:

- Bachelor’s degree in a technical engineering discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in Engineering and R&D functions, with 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency on PCs, Mainframe, Network, and CAD.
- Provide leadership and direction to the R&D department.
- Contribute to strategic and tactical planning with the management team.
- Oversee Product Engineering, including new and sustaining products.
- Manage departmental budgets and oversee the design control process.
- Ensure all designs are documented, verified, and validated.

Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual bonus opportunities.
