Qualifications and responsibilities for this Automation Engineer opportunity include:

- 5-10 years of experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs, robots, transfer systems, vision systems, material tracking systems, and high-volume manufacturing equipment. Glass manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
- Proficient in PLC programming (including Allen Bradley, Siemens, Yaskawa), Ethernet cabling, networking, and advanced HMI/SCADA development, particularly in Ignition HMI design.
- Experienced with AC/DC motors, servo systems, Kinetix and PowerFlex drives, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Knowledgeable in robot programming (Fanuc, Kuka, ABB, Yaskawa)
- Implement and manage programming, installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting for diverse machinery including PLC systems, robotics, and manufacturing systems.
- Oversee and maintain a range of technical systems such as conveyor systems, servo systems, HMI, and SCADA systems.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
