Qualifications for this Branch Manager opportunity include:

- 5+ years of construction management experience with background in Acoustic Ceilings or Specialty Construction
- Must have business development, budgeting, and financial skills
- Proficiency with MS Excel and Sage
- Ability to guide, direct and coordinate multiple departments with 10 or more employees
- Oversee branch operations, including budget management, project management, and ensuring all activities align with the company's ethical standards and policies
- Maintain effective communication with supervisors and staff, ensuring timely reports and meetings to align with company goals and enhance operational efficiency

Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
