Qualifications and responsibilities for this Concrete Foreman opportunity include:

- 6+ years of experience in the concrete construction field (Labor, Finisher, Carpenter)
- Proven experience in pouring, forming and finishing foundations, flatwork, and curb & gutter
- Commercial driver's license is required
- Interpret blueprints and plans, coordinate layout dimensions with site superintendent, and ensure site preparation and equipment readiness
- Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and delegate work to crew members to optimize job site productivity
- Maintain high standards of quality control, ensure all concrete work meets specified guidelines, and uphold professional job site appearance
- Train new employees, oversee concrete preparation, placement, finishing, and curing processes

Salary: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health insurance, PTO, 401k with 3% match, profit sharing, per diem for travel over 30 miles, and opportunities for growth.
