Qualifications and Responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager Include:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in Commercial & Hospitality Construction.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale construction projects, ensuring they are delivered within schedule and budget constraints.
- Responsible for the overall coordination, execution, and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
- Leads project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed, developing schedules and methods for measuring results.
- Guides and manages the workflow of subcontractors, vendors, and field staff, and maintains relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
- Oversees the performance of all trade contractors and reviews architectural and engineering drawings to ensure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.
- Responsible for tracking the project costs and making necessary adjustments to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Implements project documentation governance aligned with company standards and manages project risks effectively.

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
