Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is seeking an experienced professional engineer to provide strategic leadership and engineering oversight for the Southwest Region’s construction program. As the Region Construction Engineer, you will serve as a key member of the region's senior management and will be responsible to lead and manage all construction phases of the Southwest Region construction program. This includes leadership, policy guidance, management, and oversight of the following sections: Construction Support Services, Materials Lab, Utilities, Agreements, Cadastral Services and five Area Engineering Offices (Chehalis, Kelso, Clark County, Gorge, and Consultant Management). The selected candidate will ensure the construction program is delivered in accordance with WSDOT policy and expectations, ensuring excellent customer service, transparency, and accountability.
