This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects including urban design, landscape architecture, and community planning. Our ideal candidate will have experience ranging from one to ten years, with a passion for sustainable design and enhancing public spaces.

Qualifications and Responsibilities for this Landscape Architect Include:

- Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Planning, Landscape Architecture, or a related field eligible for licensure.
- 1-10 years of experience in landscape architecture, urban design, planning, and zoning, ideally in both the private and public sectors.
- Preferred Landscape Architecture License or the ability to achieve it within 12-24 months; AICP certification encouraged.
- Proficiency in producing detailed landscape plans, conceptual site plans, trail plans, and master-planned community work.
- Strong capabilities in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Land F/X; familiarity with ArcGIS, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp is beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, capable of leading public outreach activities and interacting effectively with clients and consulting teams.
- Responsibilities include overseeing the design process from conceptualization to execution, ensuring projects align with city or county ordinances and land development codes.

Salary: $60,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent position offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, with costs shared with the employee. Additional benefits include life/AD&D, long-term disability, and PTO. All work is primarily in-office, with flexibility for occasional remote work due to personal needs.
