This leadership role is centered in our well-established company, enhancing our team by overseeing project engineers and growing this group.

Qualifications and Responsibilities for this Engineering Manager Include:

- Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering or a comparable ABET accredited degree.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have expertise in structural analysis and precast concrete design.
- Must be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE), or eligible for reciprocity to obtain licensure before starting.
- Initially involved in design to gauge proficiency, transitioning to a more oversight-focused role as the team expands.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required, with experience in structural analysis essential for project approvals.
- Responsibilities include team leadership, mentoring, and management, ensuring project engineers are effectively guided in their roles.
- Will work closely with other departments to coordinate project schedules, quality control, and cost proposals for new work.

Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 per year.

Hybrid work flexibility is available after an initial period.
