Qualifications and Responsibilities for this Estimator Include:

- Obtain accurate quotes for materials and systems to establish precise cost estimates.
- Maintain knowledge of competitive advantages in the industry to aid the bidding process.
- Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Solid understanding of basic estimating and familiarity with blueprints and reading plans.
- Experience with estimating software such as Building Connected, SmartBid, or similar electronic take-off software.

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year
