Qualifications and Responsibilities for this Manufacturing Engineer Include:

- Develop and improve manufacturing processes for precision machined components on Multi-axis CNC lathes and mills.
- Write, verify, and review CNC programs for new and existing customer products.
- Analyze production data to implement corrective actions that optimize quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Mentor and develop junior team members in precision machining practices.
- Proficiency in the application of CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam) in a short run production environment

Salary: $80,000, flexible. Commensurate with experience.
