We are looking for a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Austin, TX, managing projects from agreement to completion. This role is pivotal in coordinating with contractors, handling scheduling, managing pre-construction meetings, and ensuring all permits and payments are processed. This full-time position is crucial for someone with strong organizational skills and a background in project management, ideally in industries like foundation repair, roofing, or HVAC, especially from a commercial background.

Qualifications and Responsibilities for this Project Coordinator Include:

- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with typical projects lasting 3-4 days.
- Proficiency in or the ability to quickly learn Salesforce, as the company is transitioning to this platform.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers, third-party vendors, and field personnel.
- No specific certifications required; however, prior experience in a project coordination role is essential.
- Responsible for all project documentation, credit card transactions, invoicing, and contractor billing protocols.

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
