Functions as a critical member of the Site Strategic Team which supports the plant’s vision, provides resources to achieve plant strategy and ensures decision making processes are consistent with guiding principles. Develops and implements the site’s Quality Audit program to ensure conformance with standards, quality-related regulatory requirements, cGMP’s, and leads the development and implementation of Continuous Improvement plans to address any internal/external quality or food safety audit findings. You need to bring a Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Engineering, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food Science or related field
Validated experience conducting and facilitating effective Failure Investigations, Corrective and Preventive Actions, Notices of Deviation and management of Change Documentation. Direct experience and active participation in an Audit Inspection by a Regulatory Agency
