Job Description:

Join our dynamic team in a leading design firm focused on a variety of architectural projects. We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager for our operations in a major metropolitan area in Utah. These roles are crucial for candidates who have a background in K-12 projects or are looking to contribute to our diverse project portfolio that includes Healthcare, Higher Education, Recreation, Civic, and Justice, and Corporate Office Space.

Qualifications and Responsibilities for Architectural Project Manager Include:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture required.
- 7-10 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on managing from conception to completion.
- Experience in K-12 education projects or a broad experience in sectors like Healthcare, Higher Education, or Civic projects.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Revit, with skills in SketchUp and Rhino also valued.
- Capable of handling project scopes including programming, conceptual design, schematic design, and design development.
- Strong project management capabilities, able to lead projects and coordinate closely with teams and clients.


Salary: $80,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent position offers tremendous benefits, retirement plan matching up to 7%, 20 days of PTO, and additional sick days. Relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus are also available. Eligible for bonuses.
