1. Manage and optimize production processes in a CNC machine shop to meet quality and efficiency standards.
2. Lead research and development projects to improve manufacturing techniques and introduce innovative solutions.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and processes for continuous improvement.
4. Conduct thorough analysis of production data to identify areas for enhancement and cost-saving opportunities.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.

7. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and equipment necessary for production.
 
**Requirements:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in CNC machining and production operations.
