Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity include:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Project Estimator, or similar role in the commercial construction industry
- Proficient in reading construction documents and project planning
- Skilled in building relationships with subcontractors and other key stakeholders
- Must be proficient with construction management and take-off / bidding software
- Oversee construction projects from planning through completion, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with building codes
- Coordinate with team members, suppliers, and subcontractors for cost estimation, bidding, and procurement to optimize project efficiency and costs

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
