Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Superintendent opportunity include:

- 2+ years of experience in a commercial construction supervisory role
- Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, Excel
- Skilled in reading blueprints and writing job reports
- Experienced in managing multiple crews across various job sites
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and knowledgeable in OSHA regulations
- Must have a valid Texas drivers’ license

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
