Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Project Manager opportunity include:

- 10+ years of project management experience with expertise in electrical installation, estimating methods, and project finance management
- Master Electrician’s license preferred
- Review and manage bid documents, perform quantity surveys, pricing, and submit required RFIs for project estimates
- Conduct value engineering studies, manage project submissions and documentation, and handle warranty or as-built documentation upon job completion
- Commercial projects include banks, warehouses, nursing homes, etc.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
