Qualifications and responsibilities for this Landscape Architect opportunity include:

- Bachelor of Landscape Architecture, Certified Planner or equivalent experience
- 4-15 years of landscape architecture experience, including planning
- Registered Landscape Architect preferred
- Experience with design of land development projects preferred
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office required. Bluebeam preferred
- Develop and design detailed site plans, analyze environmental reports, and choose appropriate materials using CAD software, while coordinating with architects and project managers
- Provide technical support and design services for civil engineering projects, including technical evaluations, report production, and effective communication with team members
- Manage and facilitate project submittals, regulatory approvals, and the acquisition of construction permits to ensure timely project completion

Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
