We are currently on the lookout for a Site Superintendent to lead our on-site operations for exciting projects Northeast of Durham! Qualifications and responsibilities for this Site Superintendent opportunity include:

- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on retail and public projects preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing construction projects from initiation to completion
- Comprehensive understanding of construction techniques, materials, and safety protocols
- Skilled in team management, independent decision-making, and interpreting construction documents
- Oversee on-site construction operations, including the coordination and supervision of subcontractors and laborers
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications, and manage budget and expenses
- Commercial and public projects including EMS and Fire Stations

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers 2 weeks PTO and a vehicle allowance of up to $800 per month.
