Qualifications and responsibilities for this Maintenance Engineer opportunity include:

- Extensive experience with high-speed production lines, including primary and secondary packaging.
- Must have direct experience maintaining, repairing, or planning preventative and predictive maintenance for non-woven textile converting machines.
- Proficient in center lining, autonomous maintenance, servomotors, PLCs (Allen-Bradley and Mitsubishi), pneumatics, and aeraulics
- Strong management skills and specific experience maintaining non-woven converting equipment
- Manage and oversee all maintenance operations, including scheduling, supervising, and emergency maintenance of systems, as well as updating preventive maintenance plans
- Lead setup, format changes, startup activities, and continuous improvement initiatives for production lines and machines, ensuring efficient operation and safety compliance
- Oversee inventory of spare parts, ensure stock levels are maintained, and manage documentation and certification compliance for environmental and safety standards
- 12-hour day shifts, with on-call duties for 2 or 3 nights, following a 2-2-3 split schedule

Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
