Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Vice President of Development opportunity include:

- 10+ years of progressive project management experience in hospitality and commercial real estate, with expertise in construction management or general contracting
- Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale new construction projects valued over $50 million
- Demonstrated knowledge of design and construction processes, with an established network of consultants and service providers
- Lead and support the development team in the design, costing, scheduling, and execution of hotel and commercial development projects
- Coordinate the selection, contracting, and management of project consultants, design teams, and general contractors, including developing RFPs, handling negotiations, and overseeing the permitting and entitlement processes
- Oversee project financials and timelines, conduct regular evaluations and adjustments to the project budget and development schedule, and ensure quality control throughout all phases of construction

Salary: $200,000 - $260,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
