Qualifications and responsibilities for this Chief Marine Structural Engineer opportunity include:

- B.S. in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 15+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5+ years focusing on maritime projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) required
- Extensive leadership experience in design or engineering, with expertise in coastal and structural engineering, including mooring and berthing analysis
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as SAP2000, RISA, LPile, MathCAD, and Revit
- Familiarity with ASCE 61, Displacement Based Design, and materials such as steel, concrete, and wood, with a background in collaborating with Geotechnical Engineers
- Responsible for leading the office and engaging in business development activities

Salary: $185,000 - $225,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
