Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Mechanical Project Manager opportunity include:

- BS in Mechanical Engineering
- 10-15 years of mechanical experience in the healthcare, hospital, laboratory sector
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required
- Proficient in NFPA 99, FGI Guidelines, and energy modeling tools like eQUEST and Trane Trace
- Experienced in Autodesk Revit, BIM, and knowledgeable of USGBC LEED Rating system
- Familiar with local, state, and national code requirements; understands electrical, controls, and construction disciplines
- Skilled in managing multidiscipline projects, with knowledge of construction scheduling, trades, and OSHA regulations
- Oversee project design activities, ensuring design quality and adherence to contracted scope, project objectives, schedules, and budget
- Serve as the primary technical lead and client contact for project execution

Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
