Salesforce Inc. seeks Technical Support Engineer in Bellevue, WA:
Job Duties: Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality. Provide feature explanation and deliverability standard processes. Lead customer expectations and the customer experience to enhance customer satisfaction. Research, document, and prioritize customer issues, leverage internal tools and escalation teams as necessary, and prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.  Telecommuting is an option.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.
A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Oracle; (2) Building Improvements; (3) Evaluating complex business and technical requirements; (4) Develop and administer custom solutions; (5) Building solutions that are highly usable, scalable, and maintainable; (6) Design solutions; and (7) Relational databases.
Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable.  Telecommuting is an option.
Salary: $128,502.00 - $130,000.00 per annum.
