Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Estimator opportunity include:

- 5+ years of construction estimating experience, including project worth $2M or more
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Proficiency in construction estimating software such as HeavyBid, B2W, Bluebeam, Procore or similar programs
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Create accurate construction estimates for projects by reviewing plans and specifications
- Analyze project costs, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor pricing
- Create bid proposals and negotiate client contracts
- Monitor project costs and collaborate with project management for accurate budgeting and forecasting

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
