This is a fully remote opportunity for qualified individuals living in Colorado!

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Structural Engineer opportunity include:

- Degree in Architectural, Geotechnical, or Structural Engineering
- 7+ years of structural engineering experience, including a background in forensics
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required
- Examine and write reports on structural issues, aligning conditions with warranty coverage and assessing safety
- Review repair plans, contractor bids, and geotechnical reports for completeness, effectiveness, and cost considerations
- Conduct forensic structural and high-end home inspections, primarily in Colorado, including travel for coverage evaluations or arbitrations
- Participate in claim committee meetings and communicate with builders or engineers regarding enrollment requirements and concerns

Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
