Responsibilities:

The Sr. Electrical Engineer will collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to drive continuous improvement of reliability of electrical systems and components.
Provide technical support for electrical systems design, specification, installation, testing, and start-up.
Troubleshoot electrical equipment, including power distribution systems, motor controls, switchgear, UPS systems, and substations.
Designing of electrical systems, construction scope, drawing preparation, construction support, and start-up supervision.
Assist with maintenance planning and execution of major equipment repair and turnarounds
Leading and participating in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFAs).
Identify and develop scope and justification for electrical infrastructure improvement projects.
Relocation provided. $150K-$180K.

Requirements:

The Sr. Electrical Engineer will have a BSEE and 10+ years of industrial electrical experience including power distribution systems.
Experience with ARC Flash analysis.
Demonstrated knowledge of IEEE, ANSI, NEMA, ISA, and API standards.
Previous experience with plant start-ups and troubleshooting of complex control and operational problems.
Installation and maintenance experience in Protective Relays, VFD’s, Transformers, Breakers, and Motors.
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
