Qualifications and responsibilities for this MEP Engineer opportunity include:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of MEP experience, preferably for commercial, hospitality, health clubs, and office projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Ohio with ability to obtain additional state licensure
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, block loads (Carrier HAP), and Microsoft Office
- Skilled in creating and interpreting detailed design and construction documents for interiors, including materials, finishes, and millwork
- Proficient in Tenant Finish Design, including interior layouts and MEP systems, with detailed knowledge of building codes and mechanical, plumbing, and site requirements
- Develop and manage MEP projects by researching and applying engineering principles, designing systems, and overseeing construction documentation and compliance

Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
