Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Programmer opportunity include:

- 5+ years of CNC programming experience
- Proficient in 5-axis CNC programming/operation and CMM inspection
- Knowledgeable in machining principles, tooling, materials, and CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform thorough part inspections
- Proficient in GD&T ASME Y14.5 (1994, 2009, and 2018) requirements
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for 5-axis machining, set up and operate CNC machines, and inspect finished parts for quality adherence
- Lead, train, and mentor machine operators and junior programmers, fostering a skilled and cohesive team
- Enhance productivity through the development of SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring consistent quality and efficient operations

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, or more! Commensurate with experience.
