Salesforce Inc. seeks Software Engineering LMTS in Bellevue, WA:
Job Duties: Independently designing and delivering code for features of large complexity. Applying a wide variety of concepts, practices and procedures of software engineering and resolving a wide range of issues even in unfamiliar areas in creative ways. Using various tools, processes, test methodologies and languages needed to accomplish the job with competence and work on problems of diverse scope. Verifying quality of code delivered by building automated tests and contributing to test frameworks. Providing oversight through active participation code and design reviews for features delivered by other developers within the scrum team. Creating functional and technical designs/test design and acting as a lead on features being delivered by multiple Software Engineers. Demonstrating good judgment and using expertise in selecting methods and techniques for developing solutions. Working closely with the Project Manager and User Experience teams to ensure features are delivered to meet business and quality requirements. Understanding the customers’ needs and proposing business solutions by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and simplify solutions. Liaising with Tech & Product and/or other external colleagues. Mentoring more junior Software Engineers by setting and meeting reasonable commitments, deadlines and high standards for the team. Providing input on product, process and team direction. Sharing experience, knowledge and expertise with more junior Software Engineers to help them grow and develop. Telecommuting is an option.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and three (3) years of experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or three (3) years of experience in the job offered.
A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).
Special Skill Requirements: (1) JAVA; (2)Perforce; (3) Visualforce; (4) Nexus; (5) JavaScript; (6) Agile; (7) Splunk; (8) GIT; (9) Swift. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option.
Salary: $160,700.00 - $265,200.00 per annum.
