Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • The Production Supervisor will develop and implement production procedures in line with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage daily production operations and assist in goal achievement.
  • Monitor raw material and product inventory levels.
  • Prepare administrative reports and perform personnel administration functions.
  • Coordinate with Production and Quality Coordinator for quality control.
  • Oversee the plant's safety program and budget.
  • Provide supervision for maintenance and operations employees.
  • Relocation provided. $110K-$135K.
Requirements
  • The Production Supervisor will have a BS Engineering degree with 3+ years of production/ maintenance supervisory experience in chemical manufacturing.
  • Strong safety commitment and results-oriented mindset.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
