Position Description:
We are seeking a talented Structural Design Engineer to join our team at the forefront of architectural innovation. In this role, you will be responsible for designing structural components spanning from foundations to roof framing for a diverse range of projects, including single-story residential buildings to high-rise commercial and residential complexes. Your expertise will contribute to the integration of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems within the structural framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design structural components for various building types, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Work with a range of building materials, including but not limited to reinforced concrete, masonry, structural steel, light gauge steel, wood, aluminum, fiberglass, and other materials as necessary.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to develop innovative solutions that meet project requirements.
- Conduct thorough reviews of shop drawings to ensure accuracy and alignment with design specifications.
- Perform field observations during construction to address any discrepancies and ensure quality control.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5 + years of expereince.
- Proven experience in structural design, with a minimum of 5 years for senior-level positions.
- Proficiency in relevant design software and tools.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
