Qualifications and responsibilities for this Laboratory Manager opportunity include:

- 5+ years of experience in a construction material testing laboratory, with prior supervisory experience
- Demonstrated leadership with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop staff
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- CTQP certifications related to construction materials testing required
- Experience in specific AASHTO, CCRL, and FDOT testing procedures a plus
- Extensive experience in developing, implementing, and managing a Quality Management System for AASHTO laboratory accreditation, including documentation and proficiency testing
- Supervise daily laboratory operations, manage staff, ensure compliance with AASHTO, CCRL, and FDOT regulations, analyze laboratory data, and communicate effectively with project engineers

Salary: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
