Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architect/Design Project Manager opportunity include:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Registered Architect in TX, or ability to obtain within 6 months
- 5+ of commercial project experience, modular is a plus
- Must have a strong leadership and management background
- Strong understanding of IBC and other building codes
- Understanding of AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Oversee design department operations, lead the drafting team, and serve as the architect of record for all design elements, including code reviews and design approvals
- Interact with customers during sales and development, aid in new building designs for market growth, and support sales and estimating through design input

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
