Qualifications and responsibilities for this Land Surveyor opportunity include:

- 5+ years of experience with a variety of surveys including Construction Staking, Topographic, Boundary, etc., with 2+ years of in-office experience
- Familiarity with Autodesk Civil 3D is a plus
- Experience in drafting of Record of Surveys and Topographic Maps
- Currently pursuing Oregon PLS is ideal
- Determine customer needs, provide information to the team, and schedule work
- Review field notes and drafts, assist with finalizing documents for approval
- Apply historical evidence and documentation to resolve boundary issues

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
