Transportation Engineer 3 – Design/Construction

Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking an individual with strong technical, engineering, and interpersonal skills to fill a Transportation Engineer 3 vacancy located in Spokane, WA. This position supports WSDOT’s mission by managing the scope, schedule, and budget of the design and construction of highway projects, while supervising engineering and technical employees in the delivery of these projects. In this role, you will also mentor and identify training needs of each team member, ensuring that they obtain the necessary training for career development and the success of the project. This position provides several support activities for construction, design, and PS&E phases of WSDOT projects, which are critical to project completion in all phases.
