Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plumbing General Manager opportunity include:

- 10+ years of experience in the plumbing industry, with a proven track record of success in management roles or ownership
- Strong understanding of KPIs, P&L, business operations, plumbing systems, and the ability to oversee complex plumbing projects
- Any plumbing licenses are a plus but not required
- Drive operational efficiency and excellence, alongside developing strategies to boost sales, profitability, and growth
- Oversee financial management tasks such as budgeting and P&L, while implementing employee training and development programs
- Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, monitor operational performance using KPIs, and ensure industry compliance

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
