Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Flooring Estimator opportunity include:

- 3+ years of estimating experience in Commercial Flooring required
- Ability to read construction drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Familiarity with general floor covering such as carpet, resilient, wood, tile, etc.
- Conduct on-screen flooring take-offs and prepare floor covering proposals using Callidus Estimating Software, Measure Square, or similar package for flooring take-offs.
- Oversee flooring installation projects, including managing subcontractors (sometimes multiple subcontractors on a single, large project), agreements, change orders, ASI’s, addendums, and purchase orders
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and are completed within scheduled timeframes
- Maintain safety standards in compliance with OSHA regulations and work closely with clients to achieve project goals

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
