Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Project Manager opportunity include:

- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- 5-10 years of civil land/site development design experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) required
- Ability to manage projects from inception to construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Working knowledge of codes, regulations, and standards applicable to the design and construction of major site development projects in California
- Design and development of civil plans, including erosion control, grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater treatment, and street improvements, along with technical report preparation
- Coordination of projects with architects, design engineers, public jurisdictions for plan checks and permits, and contractors for construction administration

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
