We are seeking a Lead Superintendent with large-scale commercial construction experience to join our San Antonio team! Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lead Superintendent opportunity include:

- 7-10 years of large-scale commercial/industrial construction experience as a superintendent; Background in K-12 construction is a plus
- Must have experience in the San Antonio area
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Procore, Primavera Scheduling, CMIC preferred
- Proficient in construction documentation, familiar with all construction phases, skilled in work methods, materials, scheduling, and cost control
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- Coordinate daily operations with subcontractors to ensure quality work and adherence to the project schedule
- Develop and communicate work plans, maintain understanding of contract documents to foresee and mitigate potential issues
- Projects include schools, labs, hospitals, corporate offices, sports arenas, etc.

Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
