Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr. Construction Project Manager opportunity include:

- 5+ years of luxury retail construction project management experience
- Experienced in project planning, estimating, scheduling, cost controls, project administration, and contract management
- Strong background in high-end, custom interior finishes
- Proficiency in Procore is a plus
- The ideal candidate will possess a robust network of trade contacts that they can leverage effectively
- Must be able to manage 2-3 of these projects at a time
- Coordinate project kickoff, review and adjust deadlines as necessary, and oversee project execution including quality control, safety, subcontractor negotiations, and materials ordering
- Most projects are in Manhattan with occasional travel

Salary: $180,000 - $225,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
