Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent opportunity include:

- 3+ years of experience as a multifamily and/or hotel construction Superintendent
- Proficient in maintaining project schedules, interpreting blueprints/specifications, and knowledgeable in construction methods.
- Capable of managing subcontractors/vendors and directing them for accurate project completion
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and construction trade software
- Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks and meet sensitive deadlines
- Oversees all contracted work to align with company policies, contract documents, budget, schedule, safety, quality control, and customer satisfaction
- Responsible for coordinating with subcontractors/suppliers to maintain project schedules
- Fluent in English & Spanish, valid Driver’s License, and reliable transportation

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
