Qualifications and responsibilities for this Operations Manager opportunity include:

- Extensive experience in project management within the electrical or construction industry; single family residential experience preferred
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and codes
- Previous experience as a Journeyman or residential wireman, as well as a Texas Electrical license is a plus
- Direct and support a team of Area Supervisors and ensure seamless project execution with subcontractors
- Optimize operational processes and implement best practices for efficiency in large-scale residential electrical projects
- Establish quality control standards for compliance and oversee electrical project management from start to finish
- Develop performance metrics for team accountability and foster a culture of excellence through coaching and collaboration

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
