Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Project Manager opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or closely related discipline
- 5+ years of civil engineering experience
- Geothermal experience preferred
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D
- Must have project management experience
- Responsible for overseeing geothermal, civil site planning, wastewater, and sewer projects
- Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget; assist in client and proposal development; coordinate work distribution and resource utilization
- Ensure quality assurance/control and collaborate on projects; manage invoicing and collections with accounting
- Conduct employee reviews, coaching, and mentoring to foster professional growth

Salary: $110,000 - $145,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
